§ 10-92. Administration.

(a)

Enforcement. The provisions of this article shall be enforced as follows:

(1)

By the Belleair Beach Special Master pursuant to the authority granted by F.S. ch. 162, as amended and article V, chapter 2 of the Belleair Beach City Code.

(2)

Repairs. If the special master determines that a violation of this article presents a serious threat to the public health, safety, and welfare or if a violation of this article is irreparable or irreversible in nature, the city manager is authorized to make all reasonable repairs which are required to bring the property into compliance and to charge the violator with the reasonable cost of the repairs. The city manager is not required to make all reasonable repairs which are required to bring the property into compliance. The city manager will give priority to repairs necessary to address violations that pose a serious threat to the public health, safety and welfare.
