§ 6-36. Confinement of dangerous or vicious dogs.

It shall be unlawful for any person to keep, harbor or own any dangerous or vicious dog within the city unless the dog is confined within a secured building or enclosure, or is under the direct supervision of a competent person and securely muzzled and restrained by means of a leash, chain or rope of sufficient strength to confine the dog.
