§ 6-36. Confinement of dangerous or vicious dogs.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to keep, harbor or own any dangerous or vicious dog within the city unless the dog is confined within a secured building or enclosure, or is under the direct supervision of a competent person and securely muzzled and restrained by means of a leash, chain or rope of sufficient strength to confine the dog.
