§ 1.01. Corporate existence, form of government, and Charter.

Latest version.

The City of Belleair Beach in Pinellas County, Florida, which was created by the Florida Legislature, shall continue as a municipal corporation with a council-manager form of government, and with this document as the Charter for the city.
