Section 2 of Ord. No. 10-09, adopted Nov. 1, 2010, as approved by the voters at referendum
of March 8, 2011, repealed § 4.035, which pertained to appointment, powers and duties of the city manager. See Charter
§§ 3.01 and 3.02 for similar provisions.
